Hotel was good and staff were great. Ignorant guests who let their kids run up and down the hall half the night ruined it in some ways. Staff did their best to deal with it but should have called the police at some point.

We loved everything! Hotel and rooms were very clean and comfy. We had our choice of pillows too and bathroom smelled fresh. We ate dinner at the Das Bar and were very impressed by the service. Our server was amazing! Food was great too and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of items for everyone in the family. Location is great as walking distance to the Farmers Market and local shops but also a short drive to the Village. This was our first stay at the St. Jacob’s location but we would definitely come back!

A very positive experience. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. Room was excellent. Since you probably want an indication of possible improvement—-a few of the chairs in the breakfast area are in need of being reupholstered or replaced.
