The building was beautiful and our suite was amazing except for the bed. It felt like our heads were on a decline, the pillows were unsubstantial, and the thin, slippery covers did not keep us warm. We spent half the night pulling the covers back on us! Will not stay here again.

The breakfast accommodated any taste with lots of variety. From hot to cold,cereals breads, waffles fruit all anyone could want. The room was wonderful, clean, bed very comfortable. The staff always had a smile when passing them. I would very highly recommend Homewood Suites. See you next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The hotel overall i would rate 4 out of 5 it was nice on quiet. But like other hotels i stayed in the free breakfast is terrible and not hot cause it sits there a long time i rather have food made to order. Keep it simple fried eggs and bacon and snidners sausage links and toast and fresh potatoes home fries made from real potatoes not frozen potatoes also everything was tasteless no flavour. Plus fresh fruit and maybe yogart and for those who dont want eggs maybe some nice hotcakes. Or cereal plus juice and milk or coffee or tea . That would be a awesome breakfast then what they offered us at your hotel.

At check in, there were 4 ladies ahead of me - they were together. Receptionist as obviously new and another woman was helping her. Once the 4 ladies were done, the knowledgeable receptionist moved to another terminal and proceeded to check in those behind me. It took me 25 minutes to get my room!! So not impressed. They also didn’t mention to anyone that there was a buffet reception that evening! Not impressed. Location is ideal - next to outlets and across the parking lot from St. Jacob’s Market.

Nice property near shopping centre and restaurants. Breakfast was decent but the Manager’s Reception on Wednesday evening was excellent (enough of a food selection to have dinner there). Room was ok but our shower had a loose grab bar, a potential accident waiting to happen. Staff were friendly and efficient. Parking was easy. Overall, I would stay there again.
