Inn is lovely but the rooms could use updates. Heating and cooling difficult to maintain consistent temperature. Dining room was beautiful- minimal breakfast options and challenging to accommodate an individual with celiac disease. The staff, however were lovely and very friendly

Great service, both upon check in and in the restaurant the first night. We enjoyed having a suite, king size bed and having bathrobes at our disposal. TV was great and we were able to watch a bit of the Nitto tennis tournament. We walked everywhere we had to go: Cenotaph, Avon theatre, restaurants.

Clean, spacious room/suite. The staff was pleasant and we enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast in the dining room. The one negative was the shower. The website photo showed a removable shower head, which is why I booked the room. Instead it was a very high, fixed head that provided a mediocre shower.

Best hotel I stayed at in a few years. It was quiet, the room was large with comfortable chairs for reading, nice shower. Everything I wanted to see was with a 5-15 minute walk. Staff were quite attentive.
