Nice vintage hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes walk from Avon and Studio theaters. Restaurant in hotel and many others within minutes walking distance. Tom Patterson and Festival Theater walkable distance in decent weather.

The desk staff were amazing! We loved Caleb as he was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. We had the Thanksgiving meal at the Parlour Inn Restaurant, and it was so amazing! Complements to the chef! The room was imbeccably clean as well.

Room, cleanliness, staff, service, location- all excellent. Only thing that was annoying was the air conditioning unit in the room (noisy so couldn’t keep the fan running all night for air flow). A bit noisy outside to keep the window open. Otherwise, great spot.

Very nice hotel with character -- a few issues.

Great experience, friendly accommodating staff. limited menu in restaurant. Noise from roof top A/C unit right next to our room (211) made it difficult to sleep.
