My room was old outdated and too small. There wasn’t any shelves or surfaces in the bathroom for cosmetics etc. The floor sloped a lot. The bed was too close to the AC unit, and it slanted with the floor. The unit itself was noisy. Overall, calling this Hotel a boutique Hotel, is just another word for OLD. The cost is outrages. I will not be staying there again.

The property had a rrstaurant pn site which was quite good. The hotel was a little tired wiith paint peeling off doors etc. A suite which I requested was smaller than a single queen bedroom. Close to Stratford festival - which was great.

The hotel is excellent. The staff also excellent it’s in a wonderful location. You can walk into town free parking. The restaurant is wonderful. The bar area is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Walking distance to theatres, river, restaurants, shopping and so much more. This is our go to spot. Park the car and wander. Quaint older hotel, 28 rooms, loaded with charm. ❤️

The staff is what makes the difference. We dined in the Parlor dining room and had a great meal with wonderful service. The cleaning staff found we had left an important item behind and the Lobby Manager was kind enough to call me and hold the item for my pick up. This was great service.

This hotel is charming with a great restaurant and bar. The fact that it's walkable to almost anywhere you'd like to go is a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay!
