Summary:

Welcome to this charming apartment located just a short walk from the beach, Riviera del sol's new sports center with paddle tennis facility, gym, pool etc. as well as just a short car / bus ride from both the airport, Fuengirola and Marbella.



Riviera del Sol is a quiet area which, according to many, is extremely beautiful as the streets are adorned with tall palm trees, shrubs and plants as well as the typical Andalusian style of houses and apartments.



The Space:

When you enter the door, you will be greeted by an open plan kitchen/living room where you have the fully equipped kitchen to the left and the stylishly furnished living room witha large flat-screen TV and 200 international channels and a sofa bed that seats 2, and a cozy balcony with sea view. Both bedrooms are equipped with A / C, one bedroom has a nice double bed, and the other has 2 single beds.



The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with a coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, A / C in each room, WIFI, International Channels and much more.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Getting Around:

Busses goes every 30min to both Marbella and Fuengirola, there is free parking on the street outside and within 2 min walk there is also a taxistand.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
