The Space:
The apartment has two beds, so it will be ideal for couples or single travelers. It is located close to the city beach. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine, as well as a kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. In the living area you will find a TV with satellite TV access and a comfortable seating set. A spacious dining table and high-speed Internet connection can come in handy for those working remotely. Practical amenities such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available. The apartment has an assigned parking space located in an underground garage in the same building. There is a winding staircase leading up to the apartment, so it is not handicapped-accessible. The place is pet-friendly (additional fee applies).

The presented flat is located on the high ground floor, which has to be accessed by stairs.
A narrow winding staircase leads to the first floor. Not suitable for the disabled.
-At the other side of the road, there is a disco “BAJKA” in the immediate vicinity, during the season at night there may be noises outside the window.

Please note that there is a disco near the apartment, which may cause periodic noise.
