Nice property but don’t expect any communication
The property itself is very nice. However, we received no communication from Victoria rentals, other than payment receipt, before and during our stay. No check in info was provided until 3 hrs before check in. They’re Vrbo listing says to contact them if you need anything and states an air mattress is available. I emailed them multiple times, called VRBO who tried to contact them via phone and email, had the front desk reach out to them twice and NEVER any response before or during our stay. The front desk repeatedly apologized for Victoria’s lack of response but both VRBO and the front desk said they were an “independent entity” and there was nothing they could do. We also asked for extra towels and pillows and no response. We ended up buying our own air mattress. I’ve never had such poor communication on a Vrbo rental. Sad bc place is nice but no communication gets them a poor rating.
