Please take out ALL trash before departing. Return ALL (4) TV & (3) A/C remotes. Place furniture back to original location. If you use the grill you are responsible of cleaning it after each use.
There are NO Late Check-outs permitted, as we need to get the property ready for our next guests. -WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND, AFTER YOU CHECK-OUT.

Host responded quickly to all my questions. The parking and check in instructions were very clear. The house is decorated with designer touches and the kitchen is well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Would recommend it for great location and closeness to the airport. The outside yard area with seating was great for unwinding at the end of the day.
