The Space:

Our modern one bedroom apartment is fully furnished. The master room has a comfortable king size bed, new 50" TV with cable TV, Chromecast and a huge balcony. The large living room has a big sofa, a new 50" TV with cable TV, Chromecast and a large balcony with an incredible view. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher machine, stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, American coffee machine, pot, pans, etc. Also, you will have the convenience of washer and dryer machines inside the apartment.

- Beach: a complimentary beach shuttle running every 30 minutes. If you prefer to walk, it will take 8 minutes to get to the beach.

Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.

These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.



Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes



Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
