Nestled at the bottom of Arthurs Seat, in the blue chip are of Dromana and only 250metres from one of the most quiet and pristine beaches on the Mornington Peninsula. Enjoy the private rooftop terrace with views to Melbourne, Arthurs Seat and most of the Bay. These breathtaking views are also seen through multiple rooms. Sleeping 1 through to 8 people, and offering a spacious kitchen with European appliances, 2 bathrooms (including European style laundry) and all the creature comforts.

Experience the scenic drive up the famous Arthurs seat mountain to gain views at each point along various lookouts. Boasting as the highest mountain on the peninsula ( the hill rises to 314 m or 1030') above sea level, there you will find not only amazing views and great attractions, but enter into the greatness of this destination heartland which is the Mornington Peninsula.

Whilst we like to welcome all families, please be aware that toddlers and young children will require close parental supervision in and around the house (there are stairs and water features, and areas that adventurous children might be tempted to climb). Should the children need a space to run around and let off steam, there is a reserve park directly opposite the house, plus a fully equipped children's playground within a few hundred metres walk next to the Dromana Information Centre.
