Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I had been denied access to the booking, when i reach the place. They said my booking is not booked due to their technical error. I spend a fortune for calling their hotel.com hotline and was put on hold most of the time. I had racked up $259 phone bill because of their "Technical issue".
