Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is a standard, basic South American hotel. Good value. The neighborhood is interesting and safe during the day. It's located near the metro. It's not safe at night. I had a great time but understand that the neighborhood looks scary because of homeless people and troubled people but it's actually safe during the day. I had no issues but I stayed in at night. Also, there is lots of cheap food choices nearby. Good street food. There is a huge food market near the metro also. Fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, etc. And the hotel is walking distance from Parque Bolivar and Parque Berrio. Both are safe and heavily policed.

Good location, perfect in center. Spacious room Only bad thing is I heard everything and I think were other guests. They screaming, talking extremely loud, One door was slamming a lot don't know which room . Both the door and screaming could be anytime day, night, Early morning. That was the only negative I had otherwise it was a very good especially for that price

Todo el personal de recepcion muy bueno a excepcion de la senora Carolina Perez, muy grosera, dijo que no se podria cobrar por tarjeta cuando el servicio estaba habilitado, me quiso cobrar de mas cuando pago en efectivo. No esta capacitada para ser recepcionista. Durante el dia y la tarde el ambiente es agradable por la noche el ambiente es muy pesado e inseguro. Es un hotel de bajo preuspuesto que cumple esos estandares.
