Clean, modern trendy hotel in the heart of El Poblado. Very nice and attentive staff. Appreciated all their help, especially Alejandro at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of security up front making it feel very safe. If I had one suggestion, it would be having a dedicated concierge to organize tours and a front desk. The ‘front desk’ is a young person with an iPad sitting by the elevator. Also would have liked recycling bins for bottles in the hotel. But other than that, very happy with the choice.

Zarzo is the best. Click clack is the worst. If you like really bad service that feels more important than the guest stay here. Its a tourist trap. This is miami in medellin except the pool sucks.

I dont know how to say it other than from start to finish and all the bumps in between. I stayed over 90 nights and 15 hotels in colombia this is by far the worst service. They even refused to allow my team to join my partner for breakfast. You better hope its not crowded for check in because they only have 2 tablets at about 15 min per check in and expect a lame insurance charge that they sell you on but its really optional. Zarzo across the street 100x better.

Everything is phenomenal with this hotel. The staff is excellent, the service superb. I had an air conditioning issue that was completely handled within 20 minutes of reporting it and they even gave me a meal credit for the inconvenience. The location is great and this will be my new hotel to stay at when visiting Medellín.

Unbelievably rude staff. For sure, do not stay here if you have kids. Also for sure, make sure that you put everybody who is staying with you on the reservation when you book it.
