This was the first time we stayed below the highest floor and were taken at the sound of water flowing down the pipes from the room above. We actually thought there was a qater leak somewhere in our unit at first but quickly realised where the sound was coming from. In the future, we will book the top floor as in the past. Other than that, we're happy with the property and staff!

Habitacion comoda y limpia. Cama comfortable. A mejorar: 1. check-in muy lento. Esperamos a las 3pm como nos indicaron pero a esa hora quedamos de terceros en turno. El tiempo de espera mas checkin fue de 30 minutos! 2. Aunque parezca mentiras, tuvimos que esperar una hora para que en el restaurante nos sirvieran los huevos revueltos de desayuno. El argumento que nos dieron fue que se habia incapacitado una de las cocineras. La atencion de la mesera fue muy displicente 3. Seria bueno que la habitacion tuviera secador, calefaccion y agua caliente (nos salio medio tibia). Esto es importante porque en nuestra estadía llovió mucho y tuvimos y nos hizo frío.

First of all, at the hotel they charged me an amount that was not established by Expedia. They charged me more that it was supposed to, I asked them and they told me that it was a fee they charged that was NOT established on Expedia page. On the second day I left my glasses on the room night table and when I came back to the room that day my glasses disappeared. I want to front desk and told them and they did nothing about it. They did not care about the situation the only response was Ia am sorry. Really!!!!! I am sorry! It was more than obvious that someone took them. Also after 11 pm and in the morning there was not hot water to take a shower. The water was cold and it happened every day. The only thing good is the location. Other than that, I do not recommend it.

Urbit is a great hotel in the center of a lot of restaurants and walkable area. The view was fantastic and i will definitely have urbit social lofts on my trip back to Medellin.
