Mis recomendaciones son: 1. Ampliar el menú de desayuno (no tienes muchas opciones y podría decir que todo es con huevo). Además en ocasiones sirven la comida fría. 2. Aunque estuve en el 4 piso el ruido del lobby era molesto. Debo recalcar que no era el personal ni los huéspedes, eran personas que bajaban del Rooftop, se quedaban allí hablando en voz muy alta y era muy incómodo bajar. Deberían separar lo que es el hotel del rooftop, no dejar que las personas que bajen se queden allí ya que es incómodo para los huéspedes. Esas son mis recomendaciones, todo lo demás estuvo bien. El personal muy atento y las habitaciones limpias. Estuve del 10 enero hasta el 17 enero y no tuvimos inconvenientes. Espero que mis recomendaciones sean bien recibidas y les ayude a dar mejor servicio.

I had an excellent stay at Blue Suites Medellín. The hotel is in a quiet, safe part of El Poblado, and everything about my experience felt smooth and well taken care of. What really stood out was the staff — every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and accommodating. They were always willing to help with anything I needed, and they made the entire stay feel welcoming. My room was consistently spotless. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, keeping everything clean, organized, and comfortable without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels this consistent and thoughtful. Overall, Blue Suites Medellín exceeded my expectations. Great location, great staff, and a level of cleanliness that made the stay feel effortless. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice, just what we asked for. I like that we had a balcony on a lower floor—the front reception staff, the breakfast staff, were all very attentive. A shout out to Andres, he was available to all our needs, brought ice to our room etc.. I like that the breakfast was made to order, and very tasty too. What I did not like - no quick walking access to restaurants, the only one available was a separate restaurant from the hotel, on the 5th floor. My husband cannot walk far. False info for the restaurant is not rooftop. It is located on the 5th floor with only one side access to views from closed windows. Very disappointing indeed! The hotel is pet friendly, however, the restaurant was not accommodating at all to my small, well-behaved service dog. I had to spend a lot of time persuading to let my service dog in. . It was a problem for us; however, the hotel itself was excellent. I mentioned my concern about the dog to the manager of the hotel, Santiago. He was very helpful to suggestions. Because of my service dog, and no other place to eat except the restaurant on the fifth floor. The drink prices are crazy, the same prices as in Canada, not expected for Colombia. For these reasons, I am not sure if I can stay there again.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. overall experience did not match what was advertised, the room view was a wall horrible I felt i was in jail Customer service was unhelpful, and issues we raised were not properly addressed. The customer service at this hotel was extremely poor. The overnight staff member was rude and clearly unhappy, which made interactions uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of urgency, poor communication, and bad customer service made our stay very frustrating. Also Every time we opened the bedroom door, the smell of breakfast filled the hotel completely . I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The room was nice, but you have to realize this is Colombia too. The was cheap room safe not worth using. (it was like a tin box not a real safe) A couple cracks in the walls. I had to ask for toilet paper as the room cleaners monitored TP & towels. ...but the jacuzzi in the room was nice. But no gym , no pool. But the included breakfast was nice .
