We booked this hotel due to the proximity to El Tesoro Mall and Provenza. Front desk were friendly and knowledgeable of the English Language. Our room was cleaned promptly everyday and breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Location is phenomenal, close to a shopping mall and it’s very safe. We paid for an upgrade to have a balcony, the room and the balcony were fantastic. However, the walls are very thin and everything can be heard. There was also a foul smell coming from the toilet.I notified the hotel and they offered me to move to a different room but it was 2 am and we were too tired to pack our bags. Around 4 am our neighbor from our left side became very noisy as well, terrible first night. We moved to a different room the next day and the experience was fantastic on the new room.

The room and the staff were great. However, I wouldn't stay here again because the noise levels were unbearable. You can hear everything through the walls. There were several groups of guests who seemed to be partying and would return in the early hours of the morning, making loud noises and shouting. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel staff addressed the situation. This happened on multiple occasions with different groups, which made it difficult to get a proper night's rest.

This is a nice hotel, but tucked away from other attractions/restaurants/shopping. It did feel safe though. The staff have limited English proficiency, which made it difficult to communicate at times. Thank goodness for Google translate.
