This place was overrated as far as the location. Overrated as far as the facility itself and the people in charge at the front desk were extremely rude and I’m talking about the people in charge night Manager day manager. going to Columbia for a wedding, meeting some family members in Medellin. My family member had a late flight so I told him to come over and we can put his suitcases in my room. When my relatives got to the hotel, I went to the front desk and told them I’m going to take my family member suitcase to my room. I’ll be right back and then we’re leaving. We’ll be back later to pick up the suitcases in my room. The manager said fine. I went to my family members. They had too many suitcases so I asked my cousin to help me with two of the suitcases. When we walked by the front desk the manager called over my cousin, my cousin called over to me the manager told me that my cousin could not help me take the bags to my room. I told him we’ll be right back. He said no one can go up with you. You need to wait for a bellhop. I was not going to wait for a bellhop because they were very busy so I took on the task of taking the suitcases myself. This place is extremely overrated. I will say that the people working on jobs were very kind, Cleaning Lady, Bell hop, people at the morning buffet, very nice polite people. Management was horrible. When I got to the hotel they made me sign some agreements that weren’t mentioned on Hotels.com. feel free to contact me if you have a
