It was our 2nd time at the hotel and we love it. The rooftop is so cool and the 2 restaurants downstairs are great. The location is perfect, you can walk around and take Uber easily.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options, and the pool area was a great place to relax. The location was perfect—close to shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Desde que llegamos al hotel, la atención fue una nota. Todo el personal siempre con una sonrisa, pendientes de cada detalle y con esa calidez que hace sentir a uno como en casa. La habitación impecable, cómoda y con una vista!! Además, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo pero sin perder la tranquilidad. Lo que más me gustó fue que cada rincón del hotel tiene ese detalle que lo hace especial, pensado para que el huésped disfrute. Se nota el cariño con el que hacen las cosas. En pocas palabras, la pasamos de maravilla. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos a ojo cerrado. ¡Una experiencia bacanísima!

The staff are the friendliest. I particularly enjoyed one of my waiters Christian. On day 2, he had memorized my drink, my favorite spot. He was GREAT!!! I also need to mention: Hugo and Juan Manuel, they were also great waiters. We lost power for an electrical upgrade but we were told a day in advance and it lasted a little over 1 hour, no big deal. I wish the rooms had more storage for clothes. I had a kitchen equipped with microwave and stove, coffee maker, fridge.
