"The property is very clean, modern and new. However, most of the front desk staff and concierge did not speak English(1 or 2 did) it was a struggle trying to communicate. We had a few issues with the communication which created issues with our dinner reservations. We were also not informed that the hotel could not provide an airport shuttle that we booked prior to our arrival. They instead decided to call us a taxi. I wish we would’ve been informed so that we could’ve looked for another airport shuttle service. Water and coffee pods was complimentary for 1 day (2 pods and 1 bottled water) we had to pay for the additional coffee pods and water. I travel around the world and this is the first time I’ve encountered this. All of the hotels I’ve stayed in with Nespresso Machines or coffee machines provided unlimited coffee pads and water daily. The Spa did not have a shower room on the same floor, I was taken to the pool, in a different floor from the spa in a towel (outside shower) in a disposable top and underwear which was so awkward and embarrassing as their were people in the swimming pool watching me shower. I was also given a price for Covid Testing that was different from what the Dr charged. The initial rate given was 130,000cop, the actual charge was 150,000cop which was around $37 usd but we had to in USD as we were running low in pesos at which point we had to pay $47.00 USD per person which was almost $10 USD more which is ridiculous. "
