Great location, excellent staff, nice rooftop, great breakfast. Walls are thin so we could rarely open the windows and could hear doors closing and people talking in the hallways as they were departing. But that’s Medellin. Our room was on the side street and still noisy. But we did not mind.The location and the town itself made up for everything. Overall excellent experience.

The hotel itself was nice and the rooms adequate. It’s in a very nice walkable neighborhood. But this is not a 5 star hotel and it’s barely a 4. I removed the decorative pillows from the bed the first night and housekeeping never returned them…just left them in the corner on top of my suitcase for the whole week. It was my birthday and they never acknowledged it…I’ve never had that happen before and I travel every year on my birthday. It was a “meh” experience. I would not return.
