I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference. The coffee was excellent, and the service was even better. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted guests with a smile, which really set a great tone for the day. It’s small touches like this that make a hotel stay memorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing place with great service and wonderful people. I would definitely stay here again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Calle Flora. My reservation was canceled less than a week before my stay, right when a major concert was happening in the city. Because of that event, every other hotel was either fully booked or charging outrageous last-minute prices, which left me with virtually no options for a place to stay. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had booked well in advance and was counting on that reservation. Canceling on a guest with so little notice, during a high-demand weekend, feels incredibly unfair and irresponsible. Around that time there were even public reports that the city’s mayor planned to take action against hotels and Airbnbs that were canceling existing reservations just to rebook them at higher prices, which makes this situation feel even worse as a customer. No alternatives or assistance were offered, even though I know this company has other properties throughout the city. I was simply told my reservation was canceled and left to figure it out on my own in an already sold-out city. When I tried to find another place to stay, there were essentially no options left. Canceling a confirmed stay days before arrival, with no backup plan for the guest, created a stressful and costly situation. I would not trust this hotel with an important reservation again.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, lo cual es un punto a favor. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia se vio gravemente afectada por una situación inaceptable que ocurrió durante nuestra estadía. Reservamos tres habitaciones por cuatro noches. En una de ellas, una de mis amigas no se quedó dos de las cuatro noches, pero nunca hizo check-out, ya que planeaba regresar y retirarse oficialmente el último día, tal como correspondía a la reserva vigente. A pesar de esto, el personal del hotel ingresó a la habitación sin autorización ni consulta previa, antes de que finalizara el período reservado, y sus pertenencias desaparecieron. Nadie nos informó ni preguntó nada antes de hacerlo. La respuesta del hotel fue muy lenta: tardaron un día completo en darnos una explicación y, cuando finalmente entregaron las cosas, no devolvieron todo, solo una parte. Más allá de que los objetos no eran de gran valor económico, lo realmente grave es el hecho de que hayan sido retirados y desaparecidos sin permiso, lo cual genera una enorme desconfianza. Es una lástima, porque el hotel podría ser una buena opción por su ubicación, pero este tipo de situaciones empañan totalmente la experiencia y dejan una sensación de inseguridad que no debería ocurrir en ningún alojamiento.
