If you want to party and hop from bar to bar this is the place. Perfect location. Very convenient for food, shopping and pubs. Single. Perfect. Girls vaca perfect. Men looking for fun perfect spot. Hotel clean, staff friendly and the bar downstairs has variety of drinks including coffee. Nice lounge to sit back and relax or to do work. Centrally located and easy uber access pickup. Rooms were clean. The hotel fairly new, inexpensive for location. I don’t suggest if you have children or don’t want to party.

I clearly remember reserving the room with breakfast and the hotel did not honor it. I wrote them an email over 10 days before arriving and they did not bother to respond. I asked to speak to the property manager and the front desk gave me his office hours and said I could go to his office during that time. Absolutely unprofessional. The front of the hotel is to be avoided at night after 8:00pm. Also all the bars and restaurants around the building have loud thumping music blaring all night. I do NOT recommend staying here.

Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue la mejor. Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y la propiedad está en construcción, por lo que solo se puede utilizar la mitad de las instalaciones. No cuentan con teléfonos en las habitaciones ni carteles de ‘No molestar’. El servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. La comida del restaurante (que dicen no pertenece al hotel) no es buena y además es bastante cara. El internet prácticamente no funciona. Considero que tienen mucho por mejorar antes de poder recomendar este lugar.

The hotel itself is nice. Lovely decor and good service. Big flaw though is the music in the area is VERY loud and plays through the night til 4-5am. Can’t sleep because of that and the balcony doors don’t block it out unfortunately.

No complaints other than the jets in our jacuzzi weren’t working. The room was very nicely appointed. The bed was a bit too hard for my taste but I’m sure most would be fine with it.

This property has been the worst experience in a hotel so far. We arrived and our room was not ready. Check in was meant to be at 3pm, we waited until 6pm. Then we found out it was under construction and literally had to step over ladders, paints, dust, smell or chemicals and the worst part- the construction workers that made horribly disgusting comments every time we walked by. Once one elevator was working and made things super uncomfortable as we had to wait and take all the disgusting comments from the world as we waited. Also, we asked them to not come in for room service and we would let them know if we needed anything (as we didn’t trust)… despite this, on our first morning workers CAME INTO OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE STILL SLEEPING. Then again after telling them how unhappy we were with that situation and reconfirmed NO ONE COME IN TO OUR ROOM. They still came in around 4pm, after messaging me and me again telling them NO. And they didn’t come in to clean- NOTHING WAS CLEANED, or cups/towels changed….what was the desire and need to come into our room? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone and in fact will be requesting some sort of refund because it was NOTHING as it being marketed or presented on sites like Expedia.
