• Parking: Maximum 3 vehicles may be parked overnight.
• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.
• Security Camera:
A security camera records the driveway and exterior stair area. Guests may not move, cover, or tamper with alarms, security lights, or cameras.
• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
