Country House 'La Perla' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

You can accommodate up to 8 people in this country house, which features a large private pool and a spacious garden. Free Wi-Fi is available. It is ideal for visiting all of Andalusia. The house is located just minutes from the village of La Puebla de Cazalla, in the Campiña de Sevilla, and close to the A-92 motorway Sevilla-Granada-Málaga.



The country house offers 120 m² of living space on a 1,000 m² plot, with capacity for 8 guests.



The 40 m² living-dining room is equipped with a fireplace, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator.



There are 4 spacious bedrooms:

- Ground floor: 3 rooms of 14 m² each, with ceiling fans. Each room has 2 single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), which can be joined to form a double bed (1.80 x 1.90 m).

- Upper floor: 1 room of 16 m² with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), terrace, and air conditioning.

A cot and high chair for babies are available. There is one bathroom with a shower.



Outdoors:

A large porch overlooks the pool and garden. There is a bathroom with a shower by the porch and pool area. The spacious garden is filled with trees and plants. Children can enjoy a play area with a swing and slide. The large kidney-shaped pool measures 8.5 x 4-6 meters, with a depth of 1.20 to 1.50 m and a Roman step entrance. Next to the house, you will find a picnic area with a barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, and bar. There is also a solarium area with sunbeds and parasols, and a large parking area with trees.
