The facilities of the urbanisation with sea views could not be more complete. The duplex is located on the first floor and consists of two levels. The third bathroom with bathtub is also on this level. In the house you will find washing machine, iron, ironing board, as well as cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.

The property is located only 400 metres from the beach of Real Zaragoza, a quiet and familiar beach with shallow waters and some beach bars. In the area, you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It is located in a wonderful family urbanization where you will be able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The swimming pool is open from June to September from 11h to 21h. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
