To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 29 years or older and to accept all house rules.Los Naranjos is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this beautiful and big 1 bedroom apartment located in Los Naranjos, with walking distance toPuerto Banus and 5 min drive to the beach, it’s a great place for couple or friends traveling together!

The property has a Scandinavian redecoration, providing guest comfort and fresh accommodation consisting of 1 big bedroom with TV fitted wardrobe and its bathroom. The living room leads to the first terrace and upstairs you have the roof top terrace for dining and BBQ. From this terrace you have beautiful south-west facing views towards the gardens and communal pool and mountains.

Within the complex there is pool and a supermarket (Mercadona) as well some cafes and restaurants. There is parking on the street outside and public transport (bus) a few minutes walk away.

It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility since it is located on the second floor with no elevator.Pool: Seasonal opening for the pool area is from first of April to first of november. Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 10:00-22:00.

The property was fine but the apartment lacked many basic necessities and had several things broken. The TVs were on the wall but there was no way to plug them in. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom so either water went all over the floor or you just needed to bath. There were missing light bulbs in the bathroom. The dishwasher leaked - the property maintenance folks came in to fix it but could not find an issue. Overall, we were disappointed in this property.
