Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

With your own terrace you can easily relax in private with the stunning view facing the mountains, but you can also choose to take a nice swim in the community pool.The apartment has a spacious open kitchen, fully equipped and connected with the living room. The living room has flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and access directly to the terrace. The bedrooms are bright and with an elegant style.
