The Space:

This stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is designed for relaxation and adventure, just half a mile from the breathtaking Sombrero Beach. With a spacious layout, high-end amenities, and a private boat dock, this tropical retreat is everything you need for the perfect island escape.



Step inside to be greeted by an abundance of natural light and a grand staircase leading to the upper level. The main floor boasts a bright and airy living room, a dining area, a half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, two fridge/freezers, a wine fridge, a double oven, and a walk-in pantry—ideal for all your culinary needs. A cozy side room with a twin pull-out chair and a laundry area complete the first floor.



Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The luxurious master suite includes a king bed, private study, balcony, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, stand-alone shower, and double vanity. The guest bedrooms offer a queen and a full/double bed, ensuring comfort for all.



Outside, the backyard is a true paradise. Take a dip in the large, heat-optional pool, complete with a charming turtle fountain, or step onto the private dock for easy boating access. Dockage is available for boats up to 25ft (all-in size), though space is limited due to neighboring docks.

Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:

– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
