Sorellina House is a beautiful and custom-built colonial home on ten spacious acres, designed with historic charms and modern comforts in mind. Conveniently located five miles from Glen Arbor public boat launch, outdoor enthusiasts will love adventuring in Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Within five miles, you can find several hiking trails, a farm with fresh eggs for sale, local eateries, and playgrounds. This lovely house is in the heart of Northern Michigan, surrounded by hometown culture and feel.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. You'll love the traditional Cape Cod design, custom woodwork, and the views of Big Glen Lake. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on one of the large TVs, or curling up with a good book by the fireplace. The kitchen is the heart of a home, and this one is no exception. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, a coffee and tea bar, and a generous island, it provides the ideal space for gathering together while cooking and sharing meals. The dining table seats eight, and the bonus kids table seats three, offering plenty of space for you and your favorite people.

Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom blanketed in natural light and a luxurious en suite bathroom. The bunkroom boasts a playful treehouse-like frame, whimsical enough for a memorable stay for kids, and a crib provided for little guests. When it's time to unwind, the three-season room invites you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. Relax in the comfortable screened-in seating area, sip your morning coffee, or gather with friends to take in the incredible view of Glen Lake. The patio offers a tranquil retreat where you can enjoy the beautiful backyard overlook. As you venture further outdoors, you'll discover the expansive yard that surrounds the property. Perfect for outdoor activities, the large yard invites you to engage in games, sunbathe on the lush green grass, or simply take in your surroundings' serenity.

THINGS TO KNOW
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
A crib, Pack N Play, highchair, baby toys, and playroom are provided for little guests.
When renting Sorellina House you have access to the entire property, except the basement, garage, and the locked storage closets/spaces.
This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
