seating at the breakfast bar. The large living room has a comfortable couch
and reading area, a wood burning fireplace with stone mantle and large
flatscreen Smart TV with Roku so you can catch a movie or the game all
together. On the lower level, the primary bedroom features a King bed and en-
suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has a
California King bed and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The
private washer / dryer is on this level for your convenience for those longer
stays. The third story features the upstairs open loft, with two sets of bunk
beds. The first bunk features a queen on the bottom/twin on top, and the
second set has two twin beds. The third and final full bathroom is on the
middle level and offers a walk-in tiled shower enclosure. The unit has a front
deck at the front of the property with gas BBQ grill, and an additional lower
deck at the rear of the property. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers
a swimming pool (Summer only), two year-round outdoor hot tubs, sauna,
community BBQ grill (Summer only) and laundry facilities with assigned outdoor
parking available right in front of the unit. You can walk to the grocery
store, coffee shops, bars, shopping and restaurants. The red line shuttle
takes you throughout town on the main road, Meridian Blvd, and can quickly
shuttle you to Eagle Lodge to access the lifts. EV car charging is available
at the Mammoth LA Kings Ice rink or the Tesla charging station nearby. All
guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy
