This cozy and modern 33 m2 apartment with capacity for 4 guests is perfect for couples, business travelers, and small groups of friends. The space is designed to offer comfort and functionality in every corner and is located just 350 mts from Atocha Train Station and 250 mts from Palos de la Frontera or Delicias metro station, which places it in a strategic location in the city center.



From here you can walk to the most emblematic places in the capital: Atocha, Retiro Park just 10 minutes walking, Paseo del Prado, Reina Sofía Museum less than 900 meters away. Other points of interest are the Méndez Álvaro Bus Station 25 minutes walking or also very close Tierno Galván Park or Planetarium



The capacity is indeed 4 people using the sofa bed, but it is more comfortable for 2 people.



The building has an elevator that, while functional, but somewhat narrow, will allow you to reach the apartment on the upper floors.



As can be seen in the photos, the apartment has just been completely renovated and consists of the following spaces:

The housing has hot water, air conditioning, and heating through an individual gas boiler in all spaces of the apartment. Textiles such as towels and bedding are included. The apartment includes Wifi.



Once the reservation is made and before arrival, we will need you to complete the online check-in, which is simply the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.



Access to the building is through an automated system that is activated with your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in. To access the apartment, you will do so with an access code created specifically for you during your stay. Inside the apartment, you will have a set of portal keys for the stay.
