Located in the San Pascual neighborhood, in the historic Ciudad Lineal district and just 10 minutes from Barrio de la Concepción metro station, Charming Madrid Ciudad Lineal is a charming, compact, and functional studio — perfect for business trips, couples, or friends.

This space is ideal for those looking to explore Madrid from a quieter area or who need accommodation in the eastern part of the city, closer to IFEMA or the airport.

Charming Madrid Ciudad Lineal is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

The studio includes heating for the colder months and air conditioning for the warmer ones, always ensuring the perfect temperature.

It features 2 single beds, made and ready for use, along with a set of towels per guest. You will also have a sofa-bed to host a total of 3 people. You’ll also find a built-in wardrobe, a two-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a practical table, as well as high-speed internet in case you need to work remotely.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals: ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and a wide range of utensils and dishes. A washing machine with drying rack, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

The bathroom is spacious and features both a rainfall and handheld showerhead, along with complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap. A hairdryer is also available so you can travel light.

Enjoy flexibility upon arrival with self check-in: thanks to an electronic lock, you’ll be able to access the apartment independently.

Ciudad Lineal gets its name from an urban development project designed by engineer Arturo Soria in 1886, who envisioned a linear city combining nature, housing, and transportation to prevent the urban overcrowding typical of the industrial era. Although it wasn’t fully completed, the project had a strong influence on the development of northeast Madrid.
