• Guest Count:
For everyone’s comfort and safety, please let us know the total number of guests at the time of booking.

• No Smoking:
To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, we kindly ask you not to smoke tobacco, or any other recreational substances. A 500€ penalty may apply if this rule is not respected.

• Courtesy & Quiet Hours:
No parties, events, or excessive noise, especially after 10 pm is allowed. Let’s keep things peaceful for the neighbors and other guests.

• Registered Guests Only:
Please invite only those listed in your reservation to join you on the property. This helps us maintain a secure and welcoming space.

• Furniture & Setup:
We appreciate it when guests leave our furnishings as they found them. Kindly avoid rearranging furniture or setting up additional structures/tents.

• Damages & Cleaning:
Should any accidental damage occur or extra cleaning be needed, please let us know so we can address it smoothly. Guests are responsible for these charges if they arise.

• ID Requirement:
A valid government-issued ID is required during the online check-in process. This helps us keep the property safe and secure.

• Pets:
We’re happy to host your furry friends with prior authorization—just let us know ahead of time (additional fee apply).
