I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. Newly renovated room, with a new 55” TV, plus showerhead with strong pressure. Amenities are up to par. Overall, I recommended this for whoever would like to stay close to LAX.

What a pleasure the Sonesta LAX was… The room was clean with a comfy bed, great television and a top-notch shower. What more could a weary traveler want? I enjoyed both restaurants I ate in and would definitely book here if I ever have an extended layover again.

I have called 4 days in a row to get my folio for the the remaining portion that was owed at the hotel. I wish they would just let us pay in full through hotels.com instead of me having to call every department to get a folio receipt. Still haven’t received it my folio.

I have no real complaints. The shuttle to the hotel was prompted and good service. The exterior of the hotel was attractive and presentable. The checking was seamless, and the hotel rep. was pleasant and eager to satisfy me. The lobby and my room were modern, elegant and comfortable. I had a beautiful experience.

I was a bit disappointed with some of the wear and tear in my room as well as parts of the hotel. Lots of dents, scratches and bad paint jobs. I was also frustrated that they advertise streaming capabilities on their tv’s and come to find out that wasnt available. What ultimately gave this location a four star was the amazing staff. Everyone from shuttle driver to front desk to restaurant staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay again.
