My room was never cleaned during my stay. When I pointed this out to the staff I was assured that they would make sure it was cleaned the following day and it never happened. Therefore, I requested towels everyday which became a mountain of dirty towels and garbage. I notified the company and was given small refund for my inconvenience. I will not be returning back and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Honestly, pretty good deal for the rate. It was clean for the most parts, but it definitely needs some remodeling. Staff was nice and helpful overall.

The hotel was not what we expected. We didn’t know about the up charge in parking and had to pay an extra up charge just to stay on the first floor. I would say the worst part was the service. We were greeted by an employee (African American female in her 50’s)who looked bothered when we were checking in. After my husband mentioned that parking was expensive (45 dollars a night) her response was “This is Beverly Hills.” She was rude the whole time. The only nice person we spoke to was the cleaning lady. If you are going to charge that much for parking and a cheap looking room at least have good costumer service. Anyways we will never be staying here again.

Not trustworthy!

First of all, when I booked on your site, I agreed to pay when I checked into hotel. I payed more money to pay at check in since there is a option to pay now or pay later. I chose to pay later and pay more money.But the hotel charged me forty eight hours before my check in!!!! Your the website clearly states that my credit card will not be charged, but it was!! Then the woman in the morning informed me that there would be a $150 cleaning room charge since I had my service dog with me! When I called the hotel to ask them about why they charged my credit card I also informed them that I was bringing my service dog at no point did she say that there would be a cleaning fee also when I checked into the hotel, there was no mention of a cleaning fee. Only when I checked out the woman told me that there would be that ridiculous fee that i of course refused to pay! I do believe that the hotel acted fraudulently since I did not agree to pay in advance and excepted a higher room rate to pay at check in! I agreed to pay at check-in but yet they still charged my card.

Super comfy bed.

The rooms were small but the bed was massive and super soft! I slept like a marshmallow each night super comfortable. Great location walking distance to all the great places and public transportation friendly as well.
