This fully renovated, fully furnished, tastefully designed home features a back unit (Unit B) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a cozy living room with a 65'' TV for your enjoyment

The space
When you enter our home, you'll find yourself in a cozy living room with 2 sofas, poufs, and a 65'' flat-screen TV. The full kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances including a stove, dishwasher, and microwave, offers plenty of counter space, a bar area with stools, and a dining table for 4 people.

There are 2 parking spots right in front of the house and a laundry area next to the second bathroom. There is also ample street parking.

The space is surrounded by a wonderful community and is close to many shopping and dining options. Best of all, our home is available for rent on a month-to-month basis, so you can enjoy Southern California living all year round.

This house was beautiful and worked so well for our family. It was quiet and had plenty of parking. It had a relaxing backyard and a wonderful kitchen for me to do my baking. The host, Ella, was pleasant to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again when we’re in town.

My stay began with difficulty and got worse. I had difficulty obtaining the address and passcode.Upon arrival the digital lock did not work and after several phone calls a technician arrived three hours later. the house while very clean lacked sufficient necessary items (no coffee canaster for the machine . no glasses for drinking , and minimal kitchen essentialsTht stove lacked two knobs , the washer and dryer would not turn on , the refrigerator had left over items in it, and the electricity in one bed room did not work . With one more day left in the rental agreement I wasted to relocate to a property in another town due to a scheduled maintainence which would require the electricity to be turned off for eight to ten hours. Many hone calls and txts offered no positive response and at the end of the day I retured to see lights on and new tenants. Attempts to have my money returned have yet to produce positive result s. The showers were good and the parking fine .
