Convenient to Venice Beach

The house was as advertised and comfortable for four adults. An earlier reviewer commented about the mattresses but we found them to be just as good as some motels we've stayed in. Never going to beat my sleep number but they were just fine!If we need something in that area in the future, we'll take this place again.

Great location, needs updating

House location was perfect for attending LMU graduation. Bathroom was recently remodeled and was the highlight of the house. Kitchen cabinets are stained and counter tiles chipped, while mattresses were quite uncomfortable (room #2 was similar to pull-out couch mattress).
