This cute cottage is a perfect getaway in a pretty and peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to the Pacific Ocean. Suzan is an excellent host who cares about every detail to ensure a positive experience for her guests. We loved staying here and will certainly stay again on our next trip to LA!

Suzan's place was just right for our week stay, tucked behind a secure locked courtyard in a nice neighborhood. The apartment was clean and well appointed with good lighting and easy street parking. There is a very thorough notebook with information about everything in the local area. Our host Suzanne was friendly and helpful and we definitely hope to return soon.

Suzan’s property is beautiful and reflective of the care she puts in to make sure that her guests are comfortable and have a positive experience. Truly a comfy little home away from home! This cottage was comfortable and cozy for my husband and I. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent visiting family nearby and LA sites. The beach was close enough to walk to as was grocery and other stores and restaurants. Suzan was there to greet us and showed us around the place in case we had any questions. We found this cottage to be quiet and private in a safe residential area. Perfect for us!

The cottage was quaint and relaxing and the host Suzan was very friendly and accomodating of my little chug Wilbur. The gated patio area outside the cottage is perfect if you have little ones, furbaby or otherwise, as it adds a degree of security and privacy. Also loved the option to open the windows in the evening and enjoy the cool breeze of the nearby ocean. If you travel with children, Marine Park just a few blocks away is a great option!

Lovely little room!

Suzan is a wonderful host! The cottage room is very cozy and clean and the area is nice. The bathroom is gorgeous and there’s lots of storage for longer stays. Close to a great big park and close to the beach, our stay was just right for a night away.
