"This property is good but I had an incident where the front desk give my room to someone else while I was there so they open the door with the key card and when they saw me they apologized and said the front desk give them this room, which I was staying in. "

My only complaint was that the elevators were so S-L-O-W. It would take up to 10 minutes for an elevator to come when called, so we learned we had to plan accordingly and that going downstairs or getting back to our room was never quick."
