Rain fall shower head didn’t work and some minor things throughout the room, overall it’s a great area and hotel. The $38 they give to use for a resort fee during your stay but the store was closed every time we tried, and you lose it if you don’t use it.

Bad customer service. Everyone was rude except one employee i forgot his name but was really nice. They charge you 40 everyday to use at the store in their hotel. Supposedly my breakfast was included and they assured me it was free and i got a check for $120 its ridiculous. The room i booked was not the room they gave me and when i complained they said they didnt have that room available which is crazy because i booked that room and they gave it to someone else. The room i got was really bad. The carpet was torn and i kept waking up with bites all over my legs and arms. I do not reccomend this hotel at all!

Room was excellent, good size, clean and wonderful view - cannot fault that at all. Room service would have been good to have. UN cafe had unreliable opening hours and a few times was closed when we wanted drinks and the drop and go service wasn’t available when advertised. The ambassador grill was also closed coinciding with the cafe being closed, we could eat at the bar but wasn’t a full menu. We were also told it would cost $100 dollars to check in early which i was very disappointed at , as Hilton hotels are usually more accommodating than that. Facility for checking bill daily would have been good to have on tv when trying to keep a track of $39 resort fee.
