The tranquil bedroom features a comfortable double bed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ample storage space, and a dedicated desk, perfect for remote workers or digital nomads.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Located in the peaceful São Domingos de Benfica neighbourhood, this property offers a calm residential atmosphere while remaining close to some of Lisbon's most vibrant attractions and services. The area is well-connected by public transport and ideal for those exploring the city easily.

Just a 10-minute walk away is the iconic Estádio da Luz, home to the legendary football club SL Benfica. For shopping enthusiasts, the Colombo Shopping Centre, one of the largest in the Iberian Peninsula, is also nearby. It features a wide range of shops, restaurants, cinemas, and a supermarket, making it perfect for daily and leisure needs.

The Colégio Militar/Luz metro station (Blue Line) is within easy walking distance, offering direct access to central Lisbon and other key locations across the city. Several bus lines also serve the area and is close to the Second Circular (2ª Circular), providing convenient access for those travelling by car.

Guests will find various dining options in the neighbourhood, from local cafés to international cuisine, especially in and around the Colombo Mall. Essential services like supermarkets, pharmacies, and printing shops such as TrinPrintOut and Presselivre are also close by.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest underground station, Alto dos Moinhos, is just a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
