Ideally located behind the City Hall Park, a few minutes' walk from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, it will allow you to fully enjoy all the entertainment, shops and restaurants of the seaside resort.

La localisation est un plus, tout est facilement accessible: commerces, parking, plage. Le logement est correct dans son ensemble. L'escalier d'accès aux chambres à l'étage est raide et il faut faire attention aux retombées (poutre et porte). Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais 3 ventilateurs. Le logement est très chaud, notamment au niveau de l'étage. Il est malheureusement difficile de ventiler par les fenêtres car elles donnent sur une rue qui peut s'avérer bruyante à certaines heures. D'autre part, les fenêtres des chambres comportaient malheureusement plusieurs salissures d'oiseaux. Il y a une petite erreur sur l'annonce, la baignoire ne comporte pas d'hydrojets.Prévoir que la libération de la retenue de garantie prend un mois.L'agence qui gère le logement est sérieuse et efficace.

Idéalement placé : proche de la plage et de la ville. Appartement propre, bien équipé.tout était parfait pour une séjour très réussi Attention toutefois à la tête pour les chambre à l’étage il y a des poutres un peu basses 😄 Nous recommandons pour tout le monde : familles ou amis
