The raised ground floor (12 steps) comprises a kitchen, a living/dining area with Wi-Fi, a laundry room, two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a bathroom, and a separate WC. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with WC. The house has oil-fired central heating, a 28 m² enclosed garage, and a 400 m² unfenced garden with trees and flowers, large terraces, garden furniture, and a barbecue. There is also a 30 m² courtyard, a children's playhouse, and outdoor games. Linens are included. Towels are available for €12 per person per change, and bed linens for €15 per person per bed. End-of-stay cleaning is €60, and heating is €15 per day. Electric car charging is available from a standard outlet in the garage for €5 per charge, payable to the owner.
