First, we were locked out of the lobby and had to call the receptionist to let us in. Staff was unprofessional, no eye contact. Our room fob was attached to a Dollar Store key ring. The grounds were dirty with various items laying around(garbage, bikes). Poor lighting. Our room was gross, dirty with dust bunnies, no place to sit, poor lighting. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was very bad: worn, gouged door, no fan, mold and dirt in the shower, dingy shower curtain. We left after one night, found a nearby motel that was much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable.

We checked in and checked out right away after seeing the room. The conditions are deplorable and there was no way we were staying there. We deserve a refund because it was nothing like the pictures showed it to be. We did not feel safe.

The hotel called 2 hrs before my check-in time to tell me they had issues with water pipes and no room for me. They refused to help me find an alternative room at anther hotel. I was stuck in a very tough situation and they were no help at all.

Son having surgery, left motel at 5:15 a.m. Realized he left his hat & new Oakley sunglasses in room. I called NUMEROUS TIMES & LEFT MESSAGES. No one ever answered. After he was released we went back to motel, at 11 a.m., office door locked, no one around, still no one answered phone. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting. Gave up, headed the 3 hours home. My son got a hold of lady in office on 9/12, she told him she was to busy to talk to him & hung up on him. On my messages I explained we were in room we need hat & glasses back. I wouldn't recommend this motel!!

I personally wouldn't stay here again, it is just plain and simply gross. Two of the people were very nice but overall I wouldn't stay here. For $195 I paid about $149 over what it should have been. Very drafty,noisy, tv doesn't work, shower curtain had soap scum up

Property looked a bit rough on the outside. We believe it’s solely based on the massive amount of construction taking place in Laramie. No fault of the property. Hotel is in an excellent location. Very convenient. Easy going staff. Room exactly as pictured and described. Clean. Great full size towels. Key fob for room entry. We would stay again.

I reserved a room at Laramie Valley Inn online, and unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. The photos used to advertise the property are incredibly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the place. The hotel is in worse shape than a typical Motel 6, and the overall environment felt unsafe. When my nephew and I arrived, we were so uncomfortable with the atmosphere and the people around the property that we didn’t even feel safe getting out of the car. We immediately called the supervisor to express our concerns and request a refund. Sadly, we were met with zero understanding—just a flat “too bad.” I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and clean stay. Proceed with caution.
