White Hibiscus B -home on Laie Point, Beach access

White Hibiscus Estate is located right off the ocean on one of the most scenic views on the island. Wake up to spectacular sunrises and spot whales during the winter whale season. People come from all over to see the spectacular views and watch the majestic crashing waves on the outer islands. There is a gorgeous family friendly beach just down the way of a small path cut in the rocks. During low tide you will see tide pools with all kinds of animal and plant life. You do not want to miss out on this home!

White Hibiscus Estate is composed of a 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath main house and a studio, with one bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests, perfect for families and large groups. This luxurious duplex home is built right on an ocean cliff. You will notice that there is plenty of room to entertain with the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, marble floors, granite counter tops, great room with cable TV, living room, comfortable furnishings, and artwork. The wall of windows slide back to open the house up to the ocean and its breezes.

Spectacular Ocean Views for miles out. Even a rainy day in Laie brings beautiful rainbows to your view. Sleep to the roar of the ocean, watch surfers and wind surfers from your window. Watch for the whales, turtles and sting rays right from your window.

A beautiful, private, sandy beach is just across a small road to the beach access. This beach has white sand, blue water and very few people (often there are none at all!) You can be on this beach in about 200 feet down the road, and walk for miles, jog, or sunbathe because it is right outside your door.

Winter brings high surf to North Shore but Clissold Beach (the beach down the path) is swimmable year round. Some other favorite activities nearby include: beautiful archways in the ocean, hike to Laie falls, horseback ride at Gunstock Ranch, Surf at Castle Beach (3 miles from apartment), Golf at Turtle Bay Resort (5 miles away). There are multiple public beaches about 200 feet down the road. The Polynesian Cultural Center is within walking distance, five restaurants, a movie theater, and grocery store are just short walk away. This home is in an AMAZING location on the ocean and close to every activity.

The home is air-conditioned upstairs in hot weather. This is a LUXURY for rentals in the area. You will also see ceiling fans to circulate air. There's a private entrance and parking on site.

Attention: Due to the proximity to the ocean, the salt air can accelerate the deterioration of metal surfaces, appliances, and other materials in and around the home. We want to ensure a comfortable stay and maintain the quality of our beachfront properties.

Please be aware that while we conduct regular maintenance and inspections to address these issues, some signs of wear and tear may still be present. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us preserve these beautiful homes.
