IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a 5-bedroom villa located in the southern Ardèche region, in the town of Lagorce, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Ruoms and less than 15 minutes by car from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc. We invite you to discover this house, which can accommodate up to eight people.

You can enjoy a private swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.40m to 1.60m deep) secured by barriers, a terrace with unobstructed views, and a garden of approximately 1200 m².
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room, and a toilet.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. TV, washing machine, charcoal barbecue, baby cot, and high chair included.

Bruyant et vétuste

Location proche d'un camping très bruyant le soir (60 dB sur la terrasse) rendant les soirées invivables. Ménage peu / pas réalisé pour notre arrivée (toiles araignées dans les placards, déchets et poussières autour de la machine à laver, WC entartré qui retient l'odeur d'urine....) Manque d'investissement dans la maison, mobilier et décoration vétustes, accessoires bas de gamme (ex: transat à 20€ qui ne tient pas une saison, poêles fines déformées inutilisable sur la plaque vitrocéramique, couverts dépareillés, etc etc...). Odeurs de fosse septique selon le sens du vent. Non recommandé pour 8 personnes. Dommage, car bien situé et belle vue sur le rocher de Sampzon et le cirque de Gens. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Nettoyage pas forcément très bien fait à certaine endroits Bcp de guêpes autour de la piscine. Nid ds cabane piscine Terrain pas entretenu. Cuisine très bien équipée. Maison fonctionnelle
