Villa Madrugada - Swimming pool, jacuzzi, walking distance to town centre & beach

This stunning 4 bedroom villa is located close to the centre of Carvoeiro with its many shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Villas of this calibre within walking distance into town are few and far between.



The ultimate base for your holiday, the villa has a large 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, pool shower, barbecue and poolside bar. Furthermore, there is a beautiful, well tended garden and several terraces equipped with seating areas for relaxing as well as tables for alfresco dining. There is also has a jacuzzi (available at an additional cost of €200 per week).



Cots and highchairs can be provided for children up to 2 years of age and there is FREE wi-fi throughout.



The villa is fully fenced and has electric entry gates. There is a spacious driveway with space for up to 3 cars.



The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, open plan living / dining area, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning.



Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town, ideal for family holidays. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the town beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Beautiful villa

Very spacious pretty villa with well maintained grounds with lots of areas to relax in. Good size pool with pool bar. Large kitchen fully equipped. Property manager on hand should you need them. Family of seven (3 generations) had a fantastic holiday at villa Madrugada.

Amazing villa

The villa was amazing with lovely gardens and lots of different outdoor seating areas. It was very well equipped with everything you would need to have an enjoyable holiday. The location is perfect with a short 10 - 15 minute walk to town. Communication with the property manager was great. It is definitely a villa that I would return to and would recommend without hesitation to others.

Es war unser 10. Urlaub an der Algarve. Erstmals können wir ein Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.

Das Obbjekt liegt in einem wunderschönen alten Garten. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Klimagerät nur in der Küche. Das Grundstück liegt direkt an der viel befahrenen Verbindungsstrasse von Carvoeiro Richtung Benagil u.a. Orten, in einer schlecht einsehbaren Kurve. Auf einem Nachbargrundstück ist eine Bauruine, die man auf dem Foto nicht erkennen kann.
