The original room that was assigned to me AC was out. Talked to the night staff regarding issue and she reset the system and told me to call if the issue wasn’t fixed. Called the front desk about an hour later and she didn’t offer any solutions over the phone. Told me she would contact her manager to see if we could be moved to a different room. I decided to go down to front desk to figure out a solution and she seem quite reluctant to do anything to help with issue because they were double booked for the next night. Service was impeccable! Our room was clean and ready at check-in. I reserved a room with the whirlpool tub, The whirlpool jets were not working but the huge tub was still amazing! There was plenty of parking space. The casino is a little crowded, but there was a concert beforehand where we got $10 in free credit to play, so that was to be expected. It is very smokey. We ate at The Spotted horse. Our waitress was amazing and so was the food. The sweet potato mash is like a dessert in itself.

Hotel was nice but dated. Shower was pretty nice the bedroom wasn't as clean as you would hope. The bed and pillows slept good and the noise of the hotel overall wasn't bad. I will be staying there again in the future every month with business.
