Rental amounts are based on a 4 person occupancy, additional fee 10% per person for over 4 persons added to rent.
Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Pet deposit of $250 per pet, refundable if no evidence of damage.

2/1/26 through 4/30/26 (sorry, already booked)
5/1/206 through 5/31/2026 $2775 per month (minimum 1 month rental)
6/1/26 through 9/30/26 $2450 per month (minimum 1 month rental)

Daily rates based on minimum 3 night stay:
6/1/25 through 9/30/25 $175 per nite
10/1/25 through 12/31/25 $225 per nite
1/1/26 through 1/31/26 $250 per nite
2/1/26 through 4/30/26 (sorry, already BOOKED) $200 per nite
6/1/26 through 9/30/26 $175 per nite

Rental includes all household necessities, bed, kitchen and bath linens, dishes, glassware, silver ware, full set of stainless cookware, coffee maker, also accommodates kcups, coffee bean grinder, air fryer, toaster, can opener, ceiling fans. Washer/dryer closet inside. 2 car garage also accommodates the 2 seat gas powered golf cart, must provide your own golf cart insurance coverage or sign a waiver agreeing to accept financial responsibility for any/all damage to the golf cart and any/all damage by the golf cart during lease. Required to utilize seat belts when using, no more than 2 people on golf cart at a time. Features regular garage door, screened garage door also, full wall of floor to ceiling custom cabinets and large additional fridge. Vacuum cleaner, dust buster, brooms, etc., provided.
2 small/medium size cats/dogs will be considered on individual basis for additional pet deposit of $250 each, due with first month rent. Exterior areas include a glassed/screened in Florida room and a large screened and roof covered birdcage with a bar and barbecue grill. Smoking allowed on front porch, Florida room and birdcage only. Guest passes for Recreation Centers applied for your stay..
