A little disappointing

After very long journey, and not knowing this area we had difficulty finding the agency Thick fog and freezing temperatures didn’t help. better details found it. The apartment was freezing cold and the draughts from the windows and doors were ridiculous and we had to put the spare duvets over the door and the windows to keep out the draughts It took two days with heating on full get it warmDouble room was ridiculously small Otherwise good quality kitchenCurtains had scorch marks on them as they cover the radiators someone else’s socks left in the washing machine and someone else’s jacket also left We have used Vrbo for over 12 years and have been very happy with every other stay, this was disappointing
