On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. From here you can access the inner courtyard, a space designed for sharing lunches and dinners outdoors, equipped with outdoor sofas, a side table and a shower to cool off on the hottest days. The kitchen, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave and all kinds of utensils, also has direct access to the patio and includes a practical dining table to enjoy meals in an informal atmosphere.
On this same floor, the double bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom offers TV and direct access to the inner courtyard, providing privacy and comfort. In addition, the house has a washing machine room with ironing utensils, ideal for long stays.
The upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, with a queen size bed, large window and TV, along with a complete bathroom. From this floor there is access to a small balcony terrace, perfect for taking the air or enjoying the sunsets over the rooftops of the house.
