Some staff were not very welcoming, and I experienced long wait times to be served. The adult side buffet had limited options compared to the main one. The adult pool was very quiet and lacked energy, and overall the resort could use more entertainment. Overall, it’s a nice property, but better service and more options would improve the experience."

"Assistant Carlos - I asked to make restaurant reservations for 6-7pm, we are 2 little kids, like 3 weeks before arriving, somehow he scheduled for 7:45, 8:45 etc. Rooms are old, wet inside, ACs leaking, 2 times issues with safebox. Need restoration. Staff do not speaking minimum English language. For the same amount of money, we had much better experience in another Punta Cana hotel."
