The property is good but needs more music, more attentive atmosphere for guest. There was barely any music at the pools, the room was good but tvs didn’t work , the AC did not fully worked. Asked guest services and didn’t do anything to fix problem . The vendors at beach are a problem . Too many of them and takes away from view and they are not trustworthy. We asked for refund and guy never showed .

The resort was beautiful but not the beach we expected and the food was good but not what we expected from an all inclusive.

Al momento de nuestra llegada al hotel, lo primero con lo que nos encontramos fue una larga fila de espera de más de 45 minutos para hacer el check-in. Éramos un grupo de 11 personas, y si queríamos tener habitaciones cercanas, la única opción era pagar membresía VIP o darle 100 dólares a la recepcionista. En cuanto a las instalaciones, los únicos ventiladores que funcionan son los de las habitaciones y el lobby; en el resto del hotel hace un calor insoportable. Los restaurantes son buenos, pero es imposible hacer reservaciones, y el buffet dejó mucho que desear: había cucarachas, se terminó el helado por dos días y la atención fue deficiente tanto en comidas como en bebidas. Las piscinas tenían un exceso de cloro, y hasta se fue la luz en el hotel en cierto momento. Además, el sistema apaga automáticamente las luces del balcón a la 1:02 a.m., y el sport bar corta las luces a las 2:00 a.m., aunque los huéspedes todavía estemos allí. No permiten estar en la playa de noche y te sacan, y a las 11:00 p.m. cualquier actividad ya ha terminado, lo que hace que el ambiente sea apagado. Lo más preocupante: tenemos videos de ratones en la playa y cerca del buffet mexicano. Los mismos empleados nos dijeron que los ventiladores de los restaurantes llevan más de 3 años sin funcionar, y muchos ni siquiera los han visto encendidos. Por si fuera poco, hasta para jugar billar u otras actividades había que pagar extra. En conclusión: NO VOLVERÉ JAMÁS a este hotel ni a su cadena. Todo mal
