Serenade Punta Cana Spa and Beach Resort is a beautiful property with great pools, beach access, and a variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and overall the resort creates a fun and enjoyable vacation atmosphere. However, there are some things that took away from the experience. None of the buffets or restaurants had air conditioning, which made meals uncomfortable in the heat. The excursion staff were rude and pushy, making it stressful to ask about activities. The towel staff also weren’t very professional—often making uncomfortable faces and not really helping guests. On the beach, there are constant vendors trying to sell things, which gets frustrating when you’re just trying to relax. Instead of a peaceful beach day, it sometimes felt like you were being pestered. Even with these issues, I still had a good time and would recommend the resort for its overall beauty and amenities. With some improvements in staff training, air conditioning, and handling beach vendors, Serenade could easily reach a full 5-star experience.

The property is good but needs more music, more attentive atmosphere for guest. There was barely any music at the pools, the room was good but tvs didn’t work , the AC did not fully worked. Asked guest services and didn’t do anything to fix problem . The vendors at beach are a problem . Too many of them and takes away from view and they are not trustworthy. We asked for refund and guy never showed .

The Spa was great with great service. The rest of our stay was terrible with service from the restaurant and the food was horrible. Day of check-out the housekeeping entered our room 5 times without us telling them to come in.

We booked a Jacuzzi suite for our honeymoon and it didn’t work for 3 out of our 6days. Despite multiple requests from the front desk. Also some group of people tried to waste our time to get you to invest with them i believe it was called “Xpand”- they have an office right above the main building. Other than those it was a pleasant experience. Although, we would like to try out other resorts in the future.
