The room was clean, I did like the swim up pool access but if you choose that room don’t expect privacy especially if the rooms beside you are occupied. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I loved the spa, the beach had plenty of seating, the bars at the resort make the best drinks. Overall the experience was lovely but I gave 4 stars due to not having privacy in the swim up pool access.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience at Serenade Resort, Dominican Republic! My stay at Serenade Resort was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, clean, and full of tropical charm. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. I want to give a special shout to Eric and Carolina and all the incredible staff. The food was delicious with many options, and the entertainment each night made the experience even more special. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool and beach areas were spotless and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment, it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Dominican Republic. I highly recommend Serenade Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and unforgettable vacation. I can’t wait to go back!

For the price this property was great!. The staff was absolutely amazing, Kind and always had a smile on their faces. This is not a five star property or hotel as advertised. I have stayed at all levels of properties here in the Dominican Republic, and can give an honest review. But for the price it was wonderful, and I would go back again. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and stunning. It’s very new, Probably within the last 4 to 5 years. Everything is modern and beautifully decorated. The main areas were very clean. There was always people walking around cleaning and picking up after guests. The room was clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Any issues, You just need to call and let them know. They were quick to respond with any request, which I found very good. The food: there were several dinner restaurants to pick from. They were all good. There was a buffet for breakfast and lunch with a lot of variety. And there was a sports bar up by the main pool, and a food truck on the beach, which I loved. I ate lunch there every day. The pools are perfect! Very pretty, They all had Jacuzzis which was a nice place to relax in evening. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately, the sargasm is an issue that is going on in the Dominican Republic, and there’s nothing that the hotels can do besides clean it up as it comes in. Overall, I had an amazing, wonderful time and would return to this resort. I plan on doing so in the next year and bring my daughter.
